The concierge will personally greet you upon arrival, escort you to the apartment, and be available throughout your stay to assist with any needs. Upon departure, the concierge will bid you farewell and ensure that your experience was perfect. The service is available via chat, guaranteeing quick and personalized assistance.Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, with an additional fee of 50.00 E for arrivals between 7:00 PM and 11:30 PM. The apartment is subject to a 250 E security deposit, which can be paid in cash or by credit card. If paid in cash, the deposit will be refunded by bank transfer within 3 business days, provided no damage has occurred. Pets are not allowed.
