It's unquestionable advantage is an impressive 355 cm high rooms and pre-war stucco. The windows and stylish balcony overlook a secluded patio. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment are the Roma and 6th floor theaters, numerous stores, cafes, restaurants, the Central Station and a subway station.
The apartment was furnished by an interior designer with attention to every detail. The studio consists of a living room and a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is equipped with high-quality appliances including a coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, oven with microwave function, induction hob, TV with access to satellite channels, hairdryer and much more.
Another advantage is a beautiful balcony where guests can enjoy a morning coffee or evening glass of wine.
