Apartment 56 is a stunning 1-bedroom, third floor apartment with a balcony that overlooks the canal. Accommodating up to 2 guests, or 4 guests with the use of the comfortable pull-out mattress sofa bed, it is a high-end, luxurious and spacious home-from-home.

You can be sure of a luxurious stay from the moment you walk through the door. Every room has been uniquely designed and exudes a stylish wow factor, with comfort being the highest priority to ensure you enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep.

We provide a state of the art, fully equipped kitchen with all the modern facilities you will require. Guests can also enjoy a premium Nespresso coffee machine and aeroccino with a complimentary selection of coffee capsules provided.

Appliances include an induction hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and a washer-dryer. We also provide an iron and ironing board, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, and provide complimentary tea, hot chocolate and biscuits.

The bedroom has a 32 inch 4K smart HDTVs with Netflix and hairdryers. We provide complimentary toiletries for guests such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and fresh towels and linen are provided.

In the lounge, you can relax on a comfortable sofa whilst watching the 43 inch 4K smart HDTV with Netflix. We provide super fast WiFi that extends throughout the apartment, and a dedicated work desk is provided with a comfortable office chair.
