This property worked out great for us. It was very clean and an ideal location. Restaurants and stores are very close and near the turnpike. The hot tub was not functioning, but we didn't plan on using it anyway. Sofia was very accommodating when it came to parking our cars. The house only has parking for two cars with no street parking. Sophia worked out a way to get our third car in the driveway solving our issue. The house came with everything we needed for our four week stay. The neighborhood was very nice with several cops living in the area. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Sophia!!

Host Ghosted

The host never contacted us with information on the property so as check in approached I sent a message requesting details on access to the property. I got no response. I reached out to Vrbo directly, they also tried to call the host and were not able to reach Sofia. We had to last minute book three hotel rooms nearby which was a big inconvenience as we had booked two houses right nearby each other for our team that was traveling together. Kind of defeated the purpose of booking houses vs hotel rooms in the first place. Worst of all Saturday morning the host Sofia sent a message in Vrbo lying and saying that she had texted me the info Friday morning. When I pointed out that my number is not in my profile, she switched and said it was emailed to me. Another lie. When I called her out she didn't respond and never apologized. I would not book, not worth the risk!! Things happen of course but the total lack of communication and not seeming to care in the least are the real kicker.

Fallos en el sistema, es una propuedad selfchecking lo que hace más complicado. El cliente debe ponerse en contacto por mensajes o correo y gestionar su cancelación inmediatamente para poder liberar el calendario, usted no hizo eso por lo que afecta la propiedad, dejamos de rentar a un cliente debido a la ocupación de las fechas en el calendario. Para VRVO esta reserva fue completada. Póngase en contacto con ellos para una resolución. Nosotros las instrucciones rápidamente cuando el cliente confirma su estadia, tiempo antes de la hora del checkin, Para evitar inconvenientes, y poder resolver a tiempo cualquier inconveniente. Es una propiedad self checkin, con 5 estrellas en otras plataformas,
