This splendid suite stems from the perfect combination of Venetian style and modern design, located in the evocative Cannaregio district, on Strada Nova, just a few steps from the Ponte delle Guglie. A 5-minute walk from Santa Lucia train station, you will be close with short walks to many historical and tourist points of interest.
A few steps from the apartment, there is a supermarket, famous for being elected "Most Beautiful Supermarket in Italy" with its decorations and Art Nouveau style.
The area offers numerous alternatives, particularly in 5 minutes you can reach the Fondamenta della Misericordia and Ormesini with their surprising selection of excellent wine bars and taverns for your lunches, aperitifs, and dinners.
The suite consists of a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.
The accommodation is located on the third floor with stairs, and has a coffee machine, electric kettle, and minibar.

Peaceful & Romatic with great location

This space was very peaceful and quiet, even though as soon as you stepped out of the front door you realized it was in a vibrant and welcoming neighborhood. It is steps from one of the water bus lines, which makes it very convenient to get anywhere in the city.

Excellent Property

Although our check in time was in the afternoon, the host representative met us early so we could check into the suite upon our arrival in Venice. The room was very comfortable and quiet. It is in a great location and only about a 15 minute walk from Piazzale Roma which makes it easy to access. We would not hesitate to recommend this great property to anyone.
