Springtide is a beautiful detached house situated directly on the beach front in East Wittering. The proper features four bedrooms and a fresh, coastal interior with spectacular sea views from the master bedroom, lounge and open plan kitchen/dining space. Open the large sliding doors on the spacious decking area and walk directly onto the beach to enjoy the best of the beautiful South Coast. This is the perfect place to spend time relaxing with family and friends.
Springtide is a beautiful property, situated directly on the beach front in beautiful East Wittering. The house has panoramic sea views and private beach access via the large garden. Ideal for families and friends, Springtide has a glass frontage, where full width sliding doors and balconies open up the living spaces to the sound of the waves on the shoreline, and the most spectacular views of East Wittering beach.

The property has a beautiful open plan kitchen/diner with breakfast bar, dining nook and sofa area with separate utility room, full length sliding doors open the space onto a large decked area leading directly to the beach. On the first floor you will find a beautiful living room with glass balcony and stunning sea views. The house includes luxury touches throughout such as , freestanding bath, flatscreen smart TV, coffee pod machine, utility room, pool table, pinball machine and plenty of garden furniture.

Springtide has four beautiful bedrooms; one super king ensuite with freestanding bath and separate shower, one king room with adjacent shower room, one large twin room with two singles and snooker table and one room with cabin bed (double on the bottom, single bunk on top). The first floor features a family bathroom with bath and separate shower.

The garden features a spacious decked area with a private access directly onto to the beach. The property has a large driveway with private parking and is a short walk or drive to local shops, restaurants and cafes in Bracklesham Bay and East Wittering Village.

Delighted with the house and location

This is a beautiful house with a great layout - ideal for a large group of adults and children. Two comfortable lounges - one upstairs with a fabulous sea view - give guests plenty of space to relax indoors. What really made our holiday though was the superb location - literally by the sea with a gate on to the beach. Shops and cafes are a short walk away but the location is very quiet and secluded. We would love to stay here again.

The house was perfect for my 4 grandchildren. The beach on the door step was well used. Our cold swimmers dipped every day. The dog was ecstatic with so many walks. The views are remarkable from the master bedroom and lounge and we were gifted a most amazing sunset. We hope to return again.

Bracklesham Bay
This is a destination beach for walkers, surfers and families alike. The beach is a mix of sand and stone depending on the state of the tide, a perfect place for buckets and spades. A prehistoric coastline, keep your eyes peeled for fossilised sharks teeth which can be found lying in the sand.

East Wittering Village
Known by local’s as ‘God’s pocket’ due to its sunny climate, East Wittering is bursting with places to eat and drink. The village is lined with trendy surf shops, such as Shore Watersports, drinking and eating venues, such as Drifters, traditional village shops, butchers, bakers and grocers.

West Wittering
West Wittering is a watersports haven, with miles of sandy beach and sand dunes it’s the perfect place to learn to surf. An ideal place to picnic with the family; the beach has lifeguards in the summer and a wonderful cafe serving lunches, ice cream and hot chocolates all year round.
