This was an absolutely splendid apartment in Treviso. It is clean, bright, spacious, and well-appointed. It is also in an excellent location. The heart of town is only a couple of blocks away, but the street itself is very quiet. There is a wonderful bakery around the corner and a grocery store only about 100 m away. It is also only a 10-minute walk to the train station.The person we dealt with, Beatrice, was also incredible. As my wife was arriving several hours earlier than I, she let my wife check in when she arrived, even though the booking was in my name. When my suitcase was delayed and the English-language phone line to lost luggage at the airport was not answering, Beatrice contacted the Italian-language line and obtained updates until my suitcase was delivered. She also offered to either come to the apartment to take delivery of the suitcase if we were going to be away or arrange for the suitcase to be left with a friend of hers at a shop nearby, though in the end this was not needed.Overall, I highly recommend Victoria Home and would jump at the opportunity to stay there again.
