The villa is absolutely amazing. We stayed with a group of 15 including young children and teenagers. There was plenty of space and the pool area was amazing.Villa was very clean and the host Mustafa was very helpful and accommodating.Things to note, walking isn’t really an option with young children. The Villa is on a steep hill and you will need trainers if you decide to pop down to the local shops, a good 10 minute walk. The beach was a 45 minute walk, would not recommend! Taxis are the best option or hire a car. We found it difficult to communicate with local taxis but Mustafa ordered us them when required. We did manage to find an excellent driver who we then would WhatsApp when we required he is from pasha taxi.Overall a wonderful stay just plan for the fact that everything needs to be driven to and you will be fine. We brought plenty of snacks and bits from the local File and nice food options both at the marina and the local AVM mall.We had an amazing day at the aqua fantasy water park and did a boat trip with Meltam, again would definitely recommend. The sauna, indoor pool and hammam were not in use I believe these are open during the winter months. It didnt really impact our stay at all, the pool is huge and very refreshing even in the extreme daytime heat. Plenty of lounging options in the shade and all bedrooms are very spacious.
