Charming apartment in SoFo Södermalm
Apartment on Södermalm Nytorget / SoFo
Location: Five minutes' walk to the Medborgarplatsen metro station. Two minutes to the nearest grocery store. Seven minutes to Vitabergsparken. Plenty of bars, restaurants and cafes nearby!
Description: A cozy 40 square meter, located on a quiet one-way street in the heart of SoFo. The apartment is small but well planned. Newly renovated. There is also plenty of space for storage, both in the wardrobe and in the kitchen.
Included in the rent (14,000 SEK): Electricity, water, heating, internet (1000/1000 mbps)
The hosts: We rent out the apartment because we will be working abroad for a month. In the meantime, we would love for someone who loves Södermalm, as much as we do, to enjoy the apartment!
