Scavenger hunt and no parking
The stay is actually managed by an outside company, not the individual person responsible for the apartment, so if anything goes wrong (which oh boy did it), you will be working with someone who works for the other company. I started with sending a picture of my passport to the third company, then went on a scavenger hunt in a public park for the keys, once I found it, it wouldn't open - the problem was I had to pound really hard on the lock box to get it to open. I was not left with the promised parking permit or fob to get into the garage. I ended up leaving the property and checking into a hotel rather than staying there after all of that, so the rest of it might be great but the start was bad enough to make me leave.
