Studio flat 200 metres from the sandy beach

The Verena flat is located on the 1st floor, is 15 square metres in size and is bright and friendly. Here you live in the centre of Dahme and only a stone's throw away from the sandy beach and the promenade. All flats have been completely renovated and newly furnished. They have box-spring beds with foam toppers, blackout blinds, Smart TVs with Netflix, fully equipped kitchenettes with Nespresso capsule machines and bathrooms with rain wellness showers.
Everything you need is within walking distance. Supermarket, bakery, restaurants and much more.

Due to its size of 15 square metres, the Verena flat only has a very small wardrobe with an additional hook rail on the wall and door. There is an additional fold-out table next to the couch that can be used for dining. (see pictures) The double bed is 140 cm wide.
Here you will find the perfect starting point for relaxing, wellness, hiking, cycling (bikes can be hired on site), tennis, kitesurfing, sailing, fishing, horse riding and much more. In summer, yoga, beach volleyball and stand-up paddling are offered on the beach, as well as interesting discovery tours.

There is also a fitness and spa centre right on the promenade. Boat trips to Fehmarn depart from the long jetty. There is a "children's harbour" for children, where a great programme takes place every day.

Compared to other places in the area, Dahme still has the advantage of being very unspoilt. Everything is a little more relaxed and yet you don't have to do without anything.

In winter, it's wonderful to go for long, relaxing walks and then unwind under the rain shower or end the day in the free-standing bathtub in the Malu flat.

Dog lovers can enjoy two dog beaches in summer and the entire beach in winter. One dog beach can be reached on foot in 3 minutes, the other in 12 minutes.

All studio flats have Smart TVs with Netflix or other streaming services, box-spring beds with foam toppers, fully equipped kitchenettes with Nespresso capsule machines and wellness rain showers. Behind the house there is a large garden with sun loungers, tables and chairs, which invites you to linger or barbecue (seasonal). Each flat has its own car park directly in front of the door.

You can park your car free of charge at the accommodation. The A1 motorway is a 20-minute drive away.
