Medzalin triple room with balcony and sea view

Looking for an affordable place with amazing views and warm welcome? Then my place is perfect choice for your vacation in beautiful Dubrovnik!
House is situated above Old city with magnificent view over Adriatc sea, Lokrum island and Old city itself.
We have 2 private rooms and this one is withone double bed (160x200 cm) and one single bed.
Private room also has furnished balcony with one of the best views in the city... you will enjoy your morning coffee or tea looking at the Old city, sea and Lokrum island.
There is also private bathroom with shower and tolietries. Room also provides refrigerator and flat screen TV which can be connected on Internet.
You also have access to shared, fully equipped kitchen and dining area and to shared terrace with sea view. Please note that it is shared with only one more room. Kitchen provides everything you might need to prepare perfect mails such as stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, water kettle and utensils.
You also have possibility to arrange breakfast, please note that it is not calculated in the price. If you are interested in arranging breakfast please send me an inquiry and I will make an offer. You can also arrange it directly with us when you arrive but please note that in that case there will be additional charge in cash. For breakfast we provide following: brad, jam, butter, omellete, seasonal fruit, tea, coffee.

Please note that street to us is little narrow. I recommend to leave car parked and walk to the Old city. Since there are lot of steps on your way back I recommend to use Taxi or Uber unless you are in a good shape. Trust me, it is worth for the view.

This is our guests' favorite part of Dubrovnik, according to independent reviews. It has good connectivity with Old Town, bus no 4 drives directly to the Pile Gate entrance to the Old City.

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

The view is stunning, as the location is atop the mountain. The room was very clean. Although the bathroom is outside the room, the one next door was spacious and spotless.

Lovely accommodation just outside of the old town of the city. Included joint kitchen, private bathroom with washing machine, and a private balcony overlooking the city. Took some time to get used to the hike up the stairs to the property but it was well worth the view.

This place was great! The host was very helpful, and having a washer was a big plus for us. However, keep in mind that getting to and from town involves a hike up a hill. It wasn’t too bad for us, but we definitely avoided making the trip unless it was necessary. So just consider that when booking.

비행기 지연 문제로 하루밖에 묵지 못해 아쉬웠습니다. 도로 옆이라 우버를 이용해 오가기 아주 퍈했습니다. 올드타운까지는 계단이 있지만 15분이면 이동할 수 있어요. 개별 욕실이 있지만 방과 분리되어 있다는 점은 불편할 수 있습니다. 아주 친절한 매니저가 상주하고 있습니다. 자는동안 베란다에 널어둔 빨래가 모두 날라가버렸는데 문 앞에 개어서 놓아주셔서 정말 감사했습니다!

Een geweldige lokatie, super mooi uitzicht. Aardige host, lekker ontbijt (optioneel). We hebben een week genoten, was top! Van de binnenstad naar het appartement is wel een klimmetje, maar dan zit je ook op een geweldige plek!

Glorious residence!

Der Ausblick vom Zimmer aus ist beeindruckend. Die Zimmer selbst sind schlicht, das Badezimmer ist nicht direkt im Raum sondern am Gang - aber ein privates Badezimmer für jedes Zimmer. Der Parkplatz war auch super! In die Stadt sind es zu Fuß maximal 10 Minuten - man muss sich aber darauf einstellen ein paar Höhenmeter zu gehen :-) aus meiner Sicht war es aber kein Problem. Für mich eine klare Weiterempfehlung!
