A few steps down to the basement garden flat. Parking restrictions are in force 24 hours. If you are bringing a car please message us in advance with the make, model, colour and registration details of your vehicle and we can arrange a digital parking permit for the duration of your stay.

Please take note of the following details:

**Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in is permitted from 4 pm onward, and check-out is scheduled for 10 am.
Requests for late check-outs and early check-ins can be made during the booking process, subject to availability and with a minimal fee.

**Additional Services:
Travel cots and high chairs are available for £20 each. Kindly notify us during the booking process. Please also note that beddings and sheets are not provided for the cots.

**Parking Information:
Complimentary parking permits are provided for up to 2 cars. Extra vehicles must be paid for by the guest.

**Important Notice:
To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please adhere to the following regulations:
Unauthorized early check-ins and late check-outs will result in a fine of £50.
Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited, with a £100 fine for violators.
Guests bringing pets without prior authorization will be charged £150.
