This ground floor flat has parking and shares its front door with another property. Once inside there are 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and the other with 2 singles. A fully equipped kitchen, a cosy lounge area with smart TV and fast WiFi, a dining area with table for 4 and a spacious fully fenced sunny garden with outdoor seating and BBQ.
With all rooms being located on the ground floor this property can cater for anyone with mobility issues as there are no stairs apart from maybe a step or 2.

Coop and Sainsbury’s less than 5 minute drive. Lidl 10 minute drive and Tesco’s extra off the island in Havant. Petrol station & pharmacy nearby.

Check-in is permitted from 4 pm onward, and check-out is scheduled for 10 am.
Requests for late check-outs and early check-ins can be made during the booking process, subject to availability and with a minimal fee.

Travel cots and high chairs are available for £20 each. Kindly notify us during the booking process. Please also note that beddings and sheets are not provided for the cots.
