The Space:
Indulge in the spacious 350m² villa layout:
Ground floor: Well-equipped kitchen, dining room, cozy sitting area with fireplace and TV, billiard table, Bedroom 1 (double bed 180x200), Bedroom 2 (double bed 2x100x200), Bathroom (bath, toilet), and guest toilet.
First floor: Master bedroom with a king-sized bed (180x200) and ensuite bathroom (bath, double sink, toilet).
Garden level: Bedroom 4 (two single beds 2x100x200), Bedroom 5 (3 bunk beds), Bathroom (shower, double sink, toilet), and laundry. Ideal as a 'private' level for children with direct garden and pool access.
Adjacent to the garden-level entrance, a covered structure houses the summer kitchen with a barbecue, sink (hot and cold water), and refrigerator—a perfect spot for poolside lunches or snacks.
The large pool (15x6m) is surrounded by a lush lawn, flowering shrubs, and young olive trees. Beyond, discover a boules court, massive stone table, and benches. The entire property is enclosed by a local stone wall, protected by an alarm system, and features an electronic front gate. Covered parking for two cars is provided.
Please note: The road to the villa (approximately 300 meters, 100 yards) is narrow in places and bounded by low stone walls. It's suitable for mid-sized or compact vehicles, with parking available at the entrance upon request.

Gordes is one of the prettiest villages in France. View of the Luberon National Park (UNESCO World Heritage). There are many good restaurants where you can taste the cuisine of Provence. 50 minutes from Aix en Provence with its music festivals and opera. Within 45 minutes drive you are in Avignon, the papal city with its famous Festival (July). 15 minutes drive from Isle sur la Sorgue with its antiques and flea markets, and the great market in Apt (Saturday). In the vicinity there are many picturesque villages around farmers' markets, flea markets. You can also enjoy hiking and biking.
