On the garden level, discover the comfort of bedroom 2 with a double bed and a sofa, along with a luxurious bathroom. Ascend to the mezzanine floor, where bedrooms 3 and 4 provide elegance and ensuite facilities. The upper floor showcases a grand hall, three bedrooms, and a wood stove, ensuring a delightful stay. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning.
Situated on a vast 2.5-hectare plot, enclosed by an automatic gate, the villa offers ample parking space. A covered terrace, adjacent to the kitchen, hosts a large dining table, patio heaters, and a gas barbecue. The extension features a spacious terrace with a dining table, parasol, and a lounge set. The heated swimming pool (14mx5m) is secured with a fence and an automatic cover. Revel in the outdoor shower and the petanque court while enjoying breathtaking views of the Luberon from the terraces.
For your convenience there are 3 cots, high chairs, and a baby bath avaialble, ensuring a comfortable and family-friendly stay.
