Additionally, there is another bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, as well as a laundry room. The second floor offers two more bedrooms with bathrooms, ensuring comfort and privacy. The village house is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden on a closed 1,500m² property, featuring shaded seating areas with scenic views. Enjoy the 4mx8.5m heated pool, equipped with an automatic shutter, and unwind on the 7 sunbeds. Ample private parking for 3 vehicles is provided.
