Provencal style villa but modern and spacious with pool, terraces, garden, garden furniture, quiet and surrounded by pine trees. Located 12 km from the A7 motorway, 30 km from Avignon TGV train station, and 110 km from Marseille-Provence airport
Close to typical and renowned Provencal villages (Beaumes de Venise, Châteauneuf du Pape, Gigondas, Seguret, Vaisons La Romaine, Nyons and its famous olives...), the region also has many wine cellars, nearby
If you like hiking or mountain biking you can indulge yourself at leisure in the Dentelles massif, nearby, near Gigondas. If you like these mountainous atmospheres, you can also go walking in the gorges of Toulourenc, or go to the famous Mont-Ventoux, and cross or accompany the many more seasoned cyclists who try the climb. As you go down to Sault, you can admire, from mid-June to mid-July, beautiful lavender fields
You can also visit and admire the historic city of Orange, nearby, its Arc de Triomphe, and its famous and imposing Ancient Theatre, where are regularly given shows, such as the Chorégies music and opera festival that takes place in July
