Additionally, on this floor, there is a convenient laundry room/storage, a guest toilet, and two charmingly appointed bedrooms. Bedroom 1 features a comfortable double bed (160cm) and a private bathroom with both a bath and a shower. Bedroom 2 offers a double bed (140cm) and an adjacent bathroom with a shower.

Upstairs, two more inviting bedrooms await you. Both Bedroom 3 and Bedroom 4 are equipped with double beds (140cm). An independent bathroom with a shower and an additional toilet complete this floor.

The separate guesthouse, covering 45m², is a valuable addition to this beautiful villa. Here, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen open to a comfortable sitting area. The two bedrooms provide flexibility, with a double bed (140cm) in Bedroom 5 and a bunk bed (2x90cm) in Bedroom 6. An independent bathroom with a shower and a toilet rounds out the guesthouse.
