This villa offers underfloor cooling/heating on the ground floor and reversible air conditioning in all rooms. Experience luxury and comfort in this meticulously restored farmhouse.

This villa is situated on a 5.5-hectare estate adorned with olive trees, peach trees, a small vegetable garden, and more. The heated pool, measuring 16mx6m with a depth of 1.2m to 1.7m, is secured by an electric shutter. Ten loungers are provided, and there's a small poolhouse with a fridge, sink, and dishware.

In front of the farmhouse, a spacious covered terrace features a large table extending over 4 meters, accompanied by 14 chairs. Beneath two-hundred-year-old plane trees, you'll find cozy seating areas ideal for enjoying a cup of coffee or sipping an aperitif, as well as a large square table.

Various armchairs and outdoor benches, a hammock, a sizable gas barbecue, a ping pong table, a petanque set, six bicycles, and more are at your disposal, ensuring a delightful and relaxing outdoor experience.

Baby essentials provided: a crib and a high chair, ensuring a comfortable stay for your little one.
