The two owners of the premises welcome you to the Domaine de l'Angélus, property of their childhood, in a calm and privileged environment. In Noves, this charming Provencal village, well served by the Autoroute du Soleil (exit Avignon - South 5 min), by Avignon airport (10 min), by its TGV station (15 min), enjoys a exceptional location, a few minutes from downtown Avignon and its festival, the Alpilles (15 min), Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, Baux-de-Provence, close to the Luberon, Fontaine -de-Vaucluse.

In a magnificent landscaped park of 3,000 m2 with trees, fully enclosed, composed of Mediterranean plants and olive trees, the property was completely restored in 2016. Mas entirely in stone, the interior has been furnished in a contemporary atmosphere, with a subtle blend of old notes.

The farmhouse is fully air conditioned (bedrooms and living rooms).

On the ground floor, the property has a large, very functional and fully equipped kitchen, composed of a central island, and open to the outdoor terrace.
The living room, central room of the farmhouse, has a large opening, and will be a place of relaxation and conviviality.
The second living room will take you to a different environment, oriented towards entertainment (TV area, home cinema).
There is also a play room with a pool table and games for children.
Finally, you will find a room accessible from the outside (140 bed), with a private bathroom.

The upper floor, accessible by two staircases, offers 2 large suites (180cm beds), each equipped with its private bathroom and a lounge area, and 4 bedrooms (2 with 160cm beds and 2 with 2 90cm beds ).

Outside, its 11 x 5m heated swimming pool, purified by salt electrolysis and equipped with an integrated roller shutter, will invite you to relax and rest. In the shade of the lime tree, the adjoining terrace, with lounge areas, will be the ideal place to share a pleasant moment over a drink.

Many games are also available for "small" and "large": swing, picnic table for children, petanque, ping pong table, racket games, badminton, balls ...

Beautiful property

What a wonderful property. We spent two weeks here with our family and had simply the most fabulous time. The hosts are a delightful family and the wonderful Irina helped with all our communications. They were very quick to reply to any questions that we had. The house is really well stocked with anything you could possibly need in the kitchen, including a food processor! Plenty of cutlery/crockery/glasses/pans etc. The living spaces are plentiful and were definitely underused whilst we were there..... too lovely to be indoors. But plenty of toys etc if you have little ones staying, and a pool table for the older ones. Air conditioning was a winner as it was was so hot. All the rooms had plenty of space. There has obviously been a lot of thought put into the property. The surrounding area is also very lovely, great for walking if you want to get out and about. Plenty to see and do. Many beautiful villages to visit. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property.

CYCLING IN SOUTH FRANCE

PROS The property is very nice and well located in a quiet town of Noves. There were plenty of rooms and a nice yard and a pool. The property is definitely very beautiful and can accommodate a large group. It was just the 5 of us . CONS The communications with the property manager were not so good. Hard to reach them when we were planning the the trip. In addition there were small things like there were no garbage bags , dish washer detergent , kitchen towels or enough toilet paper. I think a home at this price should be stocked with basic supplies ( probably wont even cost 25 bucks ). it will make the stay more pleasant and you dont have to immediately run to the super market to get supplies also ran out of the body wash and shampoo and had to go out an buy despite a small group... Also the toilets were separate from the bathrooms so that part was a little bit inconvenient but its how the villa is designed .

Absolutely fantastic!

Photos don't do it justice - it's even more beautiful! We had an absolutely magnificent time here. The house is spacious and really well-equipped for a crowd. The kitchen is huge, with two dishwashers and plenty of plates, silverware, and glassware. There's indoor and outdoor dining for 14. Bathrooms are modern and there are plenty of them. Pool towels provided in addition to bath towels. The house is in beautiful condition and was very clean. The grounds are gorgeous - sparkling pool, comfortable outdoor furniture, olive trees and lavender and hydrangeas - so beautiful. The house is tucked away outside a small town - and there are three narrow windy "roads" to access it, so you definitely need a car. That said, it was a great location from which to visit other towns in the area, and it's only about 20-25 minutes from Avignon. The weather was unseasonably hot, but knowing we had this piece of paradise to return to at the end of the day made the heat a lot more bearable. All the bedrooms, kitchen, and living areas are air conditioned, and we really, really appreciated that. Before our visit, Juliette made restaurant recommendations and then even made reservations for us! And once we arrived, Murielle was lovely and helpful and made check-in and out extremely easy. We highly recommend this property, and sincerely hope to visit again in the future.

Great place!

I travel with friends globally and this property was definitely one of the best. Great location, beautiful property and close to all places we wanted to visit. The place was very clean and comfortable. The communication was great. I would stay here again.

Great house. Nice grounds with a very good pool especially for kids learning to swim. Salt water. Huge kitchen…which was great for us with 12 or 13 people. Excellent outdoor dining area. Extra fridges and freezers in a spare pantry room. A/c everywhere, but it’s a big stone house that really didn’t need it much. The closest supermarket is a SuperU Express in Noves…about 5 minutes in the car. Big store for a UExpress….amazing butcher / meat section….lots of pre-marinated meats for bbq !!! Great holiday

Une semaine de rêve!

Nous avons passé une semaine de rêve dans ce magnifique mas! Nous étions 8 adultes et 5 enfants qui y ont tous trouvé leur bonheur! La maison est superbe, spacieuse et élégante! Le jardin, les terrasses et la piscine sont parfaits et chacun y trouve sa place! Rien ne manque et toute la maison est organisée de manière fonctionnelle et tres lumineuse! Bref un lieu de vacances à recommander sans hésitation !

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille au Mas de l'Angélus. Très bien aménagé aussi bien à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Chambres confortables. Piscine et terrasse agréables. Merveilleux

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans ce magnifique mas. L'endroit est vraiment parfait, le jardin est très bien entretenu. Nous avons été accueillis par les propriétaires, qui sont très agréables et qui ont su nous donner de bons conseils de visite. La décoration est soignée. La maison est parfaitement équipée, rien de manque. Nous avons vraiment apprécié nos vacances en famille, et nous espérons revenir rapidement dans cette superbe maison. Parfait, c'est l adjectif idéal pour décrire notre séjour dans cette maison exceptionnelle​. Le lieu est splendide , la maison est décoré avec goût et simplicité, le jardin est somptueux la piscine idéal, tout est pense pour votre confort. Je pense que l'on a tous connu ça un jour, on arrive on rêve et on veux plus partir. Et cerise sur le gâteau les propriétaires sont super sympas , dispo, et à l écoute. Superbe mas

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans une magnifique demeure : tout y est beau, de qualité et de bon gout , à l'extérieur comme à l'intérieur. Beaucoup d'espaces ou chacun peut trouver sa place. Nous avons profité de la piscine chauffée au mois d'avril. De plus, nous avons été reçu par les propriétaires qui sont des personnes très aimables et très agréables. Nous recommandons cette location.
