Family holiday villa in Almyrida, Crete

The family holiday villa with pool is located in the seaside village of Almirida east of Chania. In the green nature of Apokoronas and near the most beautiful beaches of the prefecture, the villa is ideal for relaxation and tranquility. The sea is 100 meters away, and nearby you will find pharmacies, gas stations, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants.
The villa is built on a plot of 500 meters and outdoor spaces are designed to offer privacy and functionality.
Its construction began in 2000 and since then it is renovating frequently. It consists of two separate floors 60 and 80 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 people (1 extra on demand).
Each floor is an independent house with its own kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom. The ground floor of the villa has 2 bedrooms and the first floor 1 bedroom. The two floors are connected by EXTERNAL staircase and overlook the pool and garden.
The holiday villa is fenced and access to the pool is by a closing door so that your kids are safe.
It is fully furnished and with all appliances.

This property is incredible! The photos make it look good but in reality it’s out of this world. Natasha, our host is so welcoming and friendly, not to mention her professionalism and care of the property including her thoughtful extra touches - warm pastries on the very unexpected clean halfway through our stay. Superb comfy beds, lots of fluffy fresh towel for the bathroom and pool/beach. The property is ideally located for all the resort has to offer! If I could give this 100 out of 10 I would - will be recommending this to anyone looking for a top class stay in Crete!

We loved our stay at the house, it was just as described and so well equipped and immaculately clean. Anastasia was so helpful and really made us feel welcome. Nothing was too much trouble for her and we were so grateful for the welcome pack especially the bits she included for the toddler and baby we were travelling with. The cot and toddlers bed were set up beautifully and included a cot side on the toddlers bed. Great to have a grassed part in the garden and the pool safely fenced off. Great barbecue area and it was nice to have a second high chair for use outside. Thank you Anastasia, we’d love to stay again one day.
