The space
Welcome to the Hameau de Pallanne, a private property perched at the top of a hill in the middle of a small hamlet in the countryside, 10 minutes from Marciac in the beautiful department of the Gers.

We welcome you to our 3 self-catering accommodations, comprising a 310m2 main house for 8 people and 2 adjoining cottages for 4 people, each measuring 90m2 and 140m2 respectively. They all benefit from a bird's eye view over the valleys and a magnificent panorama.

The main house, with its large kitchen, direct access to the indoor pool and 2 side terraces, will undoubtedly serve as a base camp for your group on site. Spacious and bright, it has 4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for 8 people (including a double bedroom on the ground floor).
On the ground floor, there is a large living room with sofas, a coffee table and a large smart TV, giving you access to all your private streaming accounts. The fully-equipped kitchen with central island opens onto the dining room with a table seating 10/12. A central Scandinavian masonry heater is also installed. It heats the entire house.

Direct access to the heated indoor swimming pool (dimensions: 8m x 4m - depth: flat bottom at 1.20m) is possible from the ground floor. This area is open all year round, so the pool is accessible whatever the weather! Pool heating is included and the pool is heated to 28°C. Heated or air-conditioned depending on the season, with large bay windows allowing you to observe nature and open up the space to the outside during the summer months if required, it is one of the most sought-after areas of the property.

On either side of the main house are furnished, shaded terraces. Here you'll find a large round dining table for 10/12 people, a large Japanese ceramic bbq (Kamado charcoal) to feed the whole group and garden furniture for lounging.

A few metres to the side of the main house are our 2 independent cottages, located in an old half-timbered farm building, now completely renovated.

They both sleep 4 people in 2 upstairs bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. They have a fully-equipped kitchen, a living room with TV, a private terrace with dining area and each has a sheltered jacuzzi for 2 people, available all year round with a breathtaking view over the valleys!

The property also has a parking space at the entrance for 2/3 cars, as well as a normal outdoor compatible socket for recharging electric vehicles (slow charge)

MAIN HOUSE (310m2)
-Master bedroom on the ground floor with king size bed (180cm) and private bathroom with shower. A perfect room for seniors!
-3 double bedrooms upstairs with queen size beds (160cm) sharing a bathroom on the landing.

COTTAGE 1 (90m2)
- 1 bedroom upstairs with 140cm double bed
- 1 upstairs bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm)
A bathroom with shower is available for these 2 bedrooms.

COTTAGE 2 (140m2)
- 1 upstairs bedroom with 160 cm double bed
- 1 upstairs bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm)
A bathroom with shower is available for these 2 bedrooms
A 160cm sofa bed is also available in the living room of this cottage.

All Le Hameau bedrooms are equipped with ©Rowenta fans/refreshers/purifiers. And the house is very well insulated with a large layer of wood fibre under the roof.

- 1 gas hob with 4 burners in the main house + 2 vitro 4 burners in the cottages
- 1 60cm electric oven with hood in the main house + 2 combined mini grill ovens in the cottages

- 1 nespresso and 1 senseo in the main house + 2 nespressos in the cottages

Other things to note
The property is open all year round for family reunions, groups of friends and holiday breaks for up to 18 people. No other guests are permitted outside the accommodation. Even during the day.

Final cleaning is included in the price. However, the house must be returned in a clean and tidy condition.

Beds are made on arrival and bed linen is included, as are towels and pool towels. Hotel bathrobes can also be provided on request (additional cost).

Pets are allowed (max 2). An additional deposit may be required.

For stays of one week, an intermediate cleaning is included in the middle of the week.

For stays of 2 weeks or more, a change of sheets and towels is scheduled every Saturday (or other day to be defined).
