The Grade 2 listed former Victorian hospital has been converted into luxury dwellings and is regarded as one of Oxfords prime locations. This stylish top floor apartment has high ceilings, sash windows and is furnished to very high standard. Located to the south of the city with easy access Oxford Science Park, the City center and a short walk from Sandford Lock and the River Thames.

The apartment is fully equipped for your stay. The triple aspect lounge/diner is spacious and light with high ceilings and large sash windows. There are 2 large sofas and a 6 seater dining table plus a 50" smart TV. The modern bedroom features a double ottomen bed for additional storage and bedside cabinets. The separate kitchen has a large fridge freezer, gas hob and oven, washing machine, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine together with ample cutlery, crockery and utensils. The bathroom has a basin, WC bath and shower. Hanging space and further storage is situated in the hallway.
Guest access
Access to the development is via electric security gates with CCTV. Parking is FREE with one allocated parking space plus ample additional visitor parking. Access to the apartment is via a communal entrance door. The landscaped grounds are communal available for you to enjoy.
