Come enjoy the Arizona sun in this beautiful and newly refurbished home in San Tan Valley. This comfortable home in a quiet and safe neighborhood offers many amenities such as vaulted ceilings for a spacious feel. With windows throughout this home gives an airy open feeling. It has been totally upgraded from its original condition with cultured marble counter tops, recessed sinks throughout, new cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms , newly installed porcelain tile throughout the home, new paint, and new carpet. All the furniture is also new including upgraded beds. There are also wood shutters and faux blinds throughout. Quiet ceiling fans are in the family room and bedrooms.The well appointed kitchen has an island and a walk-in pantry with lots of storage space. There is also a newly installed RO water system. The living room has an electric fireplace under the tv.
The large master bedroom has a new king size bed and convenient walk-in closet. The master bath has double sinks and an oversized tub with a window overlooking the private backyard. The lush back yard with a fountain is filled with various palms, peach, orange, grapefruit, pomegranate, fig, as well as other mature trees and flowering plants.
The second bedroom has a new Queen bed. The third bedroom has a new full bed. Located close to everything yet very private. Mesa National Park, many hiking trails, bicycling and mountain biking, world class golf courses,Horseback riding, and ATV riding are just a few activities available. This home is close to the Mesa Gateway airport and groceries are just 5 minutes away. Even if you only stay for 2 weeks, the price still makes it worthwhile.

San Tan Valley

Enjoyed the location and the back yard.The area is very dusty so did not realize that. Property had a lot of personal items that usually are not so visible during the stay. Had good supply of towels.

Overall happy with the property. Suggestions for improvement : replace double bed with queen bed in 2nd bedroom for when renters have adult visitors. Remove parental controls on Google TV. Make formal dining room/living room usable by adding some furniture.
