Recently updated to a good specification, 10 Kings Cottages ensures a welcoming 'home away from home' experience for up to four guests, with the main chagover day being a Friday. Upon arrival, step into the inviting open plan living space accessed via the Kings Cottages central courtyard area, where private off-road parking for one car awaits. Ascend an external set of doors to the stable-style front door, and discover the cozy yet modern ambiance within.

On the first floor, you'll find two bright and airy bedrooms.

The first bedroom features a comfortable double bed, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, and TV.

The second bedroom offers two full-size single beds and a chest of drawers.

Bed linen and towels are included in the holiday home rental cost (excluding beach towels).

Bathroom

Also located on the first floor, the bathroom provides a bath with shower over, vanity unit with hand wash basin, toilet, mirror, and towel rail—ensuring a refreshing start to your coastal retreat.

Open plan living space

The heart of the home, the open plan living space exudes warmth and hospitality.

Relax on the ample seating in the lounge area, complete with a large corner sofa, flat-screen TV, and coffee table.

The well-equipped kitchen area features an oven, hob, microwave, and fridge. This fitted kitchen offers plenty of fitted units for storage of food items and is fully equipped with crockery, glasses, and kitchen equipment.

There is a garage located on the ground floor of the abode which is NOT accessible to guests.
