I literally cried when we walked in, it’s so magical and unique. It didn’t look like any of the other boat houses around us were used for airbnbs and they seemed to be boarded up so we had that area all to ourselves pretty much. We loved sitting out and watching the water in the mornings. We were in direct sight of the famous Medusa octopus’s hanging over the water… it did get smelly at times. There is a portable air conditioner, but it’s attached to the wall in the kitchen so it takes it a little bit to cool off in the “bedroom area” a floor fan would have been nice to have. The owners were incredible, they met us there at check-in and carried our bags down for us. They were great about communication! We are so grateful for the experience of getting to stay in this adorable boathouse.
