10 Apartment! Everything about this apartment was amazing and I cannot say enough good about it! The cleanliness was fabulous; amenities were as listed and even better; ease of check-in and out with Freddy was simple and efficient; communication with the owner Andrea was outstanding and he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy. He even provided and encouraged travel advice while abroad which was so very helpful never having visited Florence before. The location along the river was convenient and felt safe and not in the crazy busy areas of the city. Overall amazing - would definitely stay again!

Beautiful apartment! Beautiful apartment!

We stayed in this apartment for 15 days and we had a great time. The house is large, clean, bright, quiet, super-equipped and with a splendid terrace. The host was very welcoming and immediately took action to solve a small problem that had arisen. For any other need the host's response was quick and exhaustive. I highly recommend staying in this apartment and when I happen to return to Florence I will definitely stay here again.

Great location and wonderful apartment

Can't beat the location right along the river, and although I'd never been to Florence before (so was concerned about being able to walk to places), no concern; all major attractions, such as the Michaelangelo museum, are within walking distance of this apartment (but wear good walking shoes with grip as all the streets are cobblestone). The apartment itself is wonderful; it has plenty of space for 4 adults, and we loved the 2 separate bathrooms, one for each bedroom! The inclusion of a washer and dryer means that you don't have to pack as much, and the terrace made for a wonderful area to have coffee in the mornings. Be aware, there is a bar directly underneath, so there is some noise at night. There was also construction in the apartment above us during our stay, but will likely be done within the time anyone else stays. Communication with management was key; they are very responsive!

Dear Michael, many thanks for you feedback you will be always welcome if you want to come back to my beautiful apartment and my beautiful city. With reference to the restructuring in the apartment on the upper flopr, these were temporary and are already finished by mid of June 2024. Also the windows have noise-reducing double glazing
