PLEASE NOTE: there is decking at the end of the garden with steps going down to an unfenced stream, so the property may not be suitable for very young children, unless they are supervised (see photos of the garden).
This exceptional, recently renovated three bedroom house in a quiet cul-de-sac is the perfect summer getaway and a rare listing.
It's located a three minute walk from the charismatic Mudeford Quay and postcard-perfect Christchurch harbour and a five minute walk from the golden sands of Avon Beach.
Downstairs, the open plan kitchen, dining and lounge open with cascading doors to a lovely garden with a large outdoor seating set - it's the epitome of modern day inside/out living. Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms, one with super king bed and one with king bed. Each has double fitted wardrobes. There is also a smaller third bedroom with bunk beds to sleep two children.

There is a cafe, a pharmacy and local store for milk and essentials just one minute walk around the corner and a lovely sandwich bar/coffee shop a two minute walk away for coffee aficionados.
Across the road, the harbourside 'Jetty' restaurant is regularly voted the best restaurant in Dorset. The Upper Deck restaurant in the Christchurch Harbour Hotel across the road and the beach cafe, The Noisy Lobster' on nearby Avon Beach both serve outstanding food with sea views but book ahead.
There are stunning walks a few minutes' drive from the house, at Stanpit Marsh, Avon Beach and over the stunning headland Hengistbury Head. You can also take a ferry from Mudeford Quay across to Mudeford Spit, a long stretch of superb beach.
