The heavens opened up and the whole city was flooded - problems arose but Viktoria was absolutely professional and was able to manage problems and found solutions that normally would not have been. Definitely a return visit is planned when back in Bologna! Grazie Mille

The place overall was very cozy, but not without its issues. The bed was great and the interior lighting from outside was nice. Apt was well maintained and clean. Far enough away but close enough to walk to everything. Parking was difficult due to the very small space, outside vehicles parking in front of property and very little streets but manageable. There is a planter that should be requested to be removed right in front of the properties gate if the neighbors are going to park on the very tight street out front. We believe we met one of the residents, owner or property mngt who seamed irritated while we were moving our car to a new spot as requested when the other travelers left and a handy man was doing work. The handy men work occured on 2 mornings of our stay. It was a little noisy in the AM but ok. There is a washing machine but no dryer. The toilet was loose off the floor and the apt always had a terrible sewage smell that we needed to leave doors that lead to a 5x5 outside open air space open. No control access to the tstat so we couldn't use the AC and it was warm for us. The spa tub was filthy and we found a worm of some kind wriggling around inside the base of the tub. The jets have not been cleaned and were full of black and pink mold/residue. We did not use it in fear of getting sick on the first leg of our vacation. I expected better from the reviews we read.
