Access from Via Bottrigari (small internal road away from noise) in one of the most beautiful residential areas of Bologna. The porticoes of San Luca are a 4 minute walk away. Via Saragozza, one of the most iconic streets in Bologna, is just 5 minutes away on foot. The Bologna football stadium is a 17 minute walk away. A 15 minute walk from Piazza Malpighi, 18 minutes from Piazza Maggiore and the 2 Towers of Bologna.



Guests have access to all 5 apartments for private use. The basement and apartment number 2 including the outdoor space are not part of the spaces available to guests.

The apartment features spectacular LED lights, a separate living room and a bedroom with wallpaper with antique designs

One Bedroom apartments abound, just what you need...

Location is pretty great and we enjoyed walking into town almost everyday. The check in was a bit more complicated than it needed to be and getting actual information about the area did not meet with success. Parking information was also not given until late in the process and i had requested it earlier. I chose this place based on their 5 star rating and it just did not deserve that from our experience.
