Apartment in the center of the characteristic pueblo of Rocca Pietore a few km from Sottoguda, a town recognized as one of the most beautiful pueblos in Italy.

THE SPACE
The apartment is located on the first floor of a private house a stone's throw from the square of Rocca Pietore. Ofrezca a kitchen equipped with:
- stamp
- coffee machine
- microwave
- dishwasher.

There is a relaxation area with sofa and TV.

There are 3 bedrooms, all with flat beds. In the apartment there is a new bathroom with shower and a small service terrace
Leaving the apartment on the landing, the house has a second private bathroom with small tub and washing machine.
The municipal car park is 70 meters from the house.
Please note the apartment has a fourth bedroom which is for the owners personal use. It is therefore closed and cannot be accessed.

THE POSITION
Rocca Pietore, the true geographical heart of the Dolomites, which is located 1000 meters from Masarè in the Alleghe lake, only 3265 meters from the panoramic terrace of Punta Rocca in Marmolada. Lake Fedaia turns red every evening and welcomes the placid image of the Marmolada marking the border between Belluno and Trento, between Veneto and Trentino Alto Adige. The Lèch di Giai, a natural alpine lake, is the destination of one of the best panoramic treks in the area and ahí the legend of Eivane.
