Nestled in the quiet countryside of Salento, Casetta Maddalena is surrounded by dry stone walls that frame a large garden with several spaces equipped for relaxation and outdoor dining.
There are the above-ground swimming pool and the bay where you can relax in the shade of an olive tree, the veranda with
wooden canopy, perfect for outdoor dining and preparing tasty grills at
the brick barbecue. Also present is 1 outdoor bathroom with sink and
toilet.
The interior of Casetta Maddalena is a single room furnished with 2 double sofa beds, kitchenette, bench and dining table, TV etc. The house is completed with a shower room.

Maddalena stands in the quiet countryside of Salento, halfway between
Campi Salentina and Novoli, two small towns of the Upper Salento, where
all the main services are present.
The nearest beaches are those of the Ionian coast, about 18 / 20 km away: Porto Cesareo, Torre Lapillo and the beautiful Punta Prosciutto and Torre Castiglione. 
 
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Aboce ground pool available from June to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 20 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The second bathroom is external with wc and sink.
