Suite Mercatorum is located inside a historic and recently renovated building, right next to the ancient building of the Domus Mercatorum in Piazza Erbe, which is the oldest square in Verona, a Unesco heritage site and has always been the beating heart of the city over the centuries, since Roman times.

The apartment is on the third floor, served by a lift and with independent access from the back alley of the historic square.

Great central location, loved our stay in Verona, Suite Mercatorum was perfect everything available that you may need (maybe grab a t-towel) Very easy to find just off Piazza Erbe & check in fairly easy needed a little bit of help but again sorted within a few minutes.Then on check out the Taxi rank is only 2 minute walk & plenty of taxis available.Verona is so beautiful you won’t be disappointed would happily stat here again Pam & friends

Unacceptable check in procedure requiring an app and support from host

The check in was unacceptable. I already reviewed details.Late arrivals can stay on the street, because staff cannot be reached late and the check in via an app is unnecessary complicated. We could only check in with help from Italian friend

Great apartment , best location with view of Piazza. But: access very difficult . Unnecessarily complex system , no help in person . Probably impossible to access for late arrival . They state that they don’t monitor mails overnight. phone number provided only as last resort . Unacceptable.This can really ruin an otherwise perfect place.Small items: it would be nice to have sugar , a few more coffee capsules. Etc. . Kitchen is bare unlike our prior vrbo in Milan
