• Tourist tax: 2.00 euros per person per day for the first 5 nights. Children under 18 are exempt.
• Security deposit: 300.00 euros
• For arrivals after 9:00 PM, an extra cost of 40.00 euros will be required.
• Heating: 20.00 euros per day, 6 hours per day
• Final cleaning: 120.00 euros
