We did not have hot water consistently throughout our stay. While the property manager was responsive, they did not resolve the problem. In the house rules they noted possible hot water issues leading us to assume they knew the problem ahead of time. They did not have extra towels available and did not provide extra toilet paper.Their location was great with close proximity to the train station. The overall property was as described, but nothing special,

Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience you experienced with the hot water during your stay. However, we would like to clarify a few points, as things did not happen exactly as described. Unfortunately, during your stay we encountered an issue with the apartment’s boiler. Being aware that the lack of hot water could cause real discomfort, we immediately called our technicians, who confirmed that the boiler required a specialist’s intervention to function perfectly.
In the meantime, we provided detailed instructions, including videos, to show you how to use hot water. Moreover, you never requested toilet paper or extra towels, which we would have been happy to provide.

Como in the Summer
I'm convinced that this would have been a better stay if they had fans in the property. There is no A/C which is fine for most of the year I'm sure, but during July/August is tough, especially without fans. The furnishings were beautiful and everything was comfortable. There were many mosquitos, again I'm sure it's a time of the year issue. This is situated in a heavily trafficked area. We were given instructions about quiet hours however, road traffic and loud yelling of passersby continued well into the night. It was easy to get to the city center from here and to the ferry docks, or train station. So it's a good location, just loud at night and since there is no A/C you are sleeping with windows open, so it's not muffled.
