Salobre Los Veroles Golf is a holiday home for guests who appreciate contemporary design, natural light and an easy way to enjoy the south of Gran Canaria. Set in Salobre Golf, 130 metres above sea level, it brings together carefully chosen materials, open outdoor spaces and views across the golf course.



The property offers 127 m² of living space on a 430 m² plot and can accommodate 6 adults and 1 baby up to 2 years old in a cot. Its layout works particularly well for families or adult groups: all 3 bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with shower, dressing area and air conditioning, giving each guest comfort and privacy within the same home.



The living, dining and kitchen area is designed for everyday holiday life: preparing meals, gathering after a day out or enjoying an evening at home. The house includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning with cooling and heating, Smart TV, satellite TV, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and garage. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, Espresso coffee machine, Nespresso machine, toaster, sandwich maker, blender and other practical details.



Outside, the house becomes especially inviting. The large terrace, covered area, outdoor dining space, sun loungers, garden, outdoor shower and ping-pong table make it easy to spend the day under the Canarian sky: breakfast with a view, time by the pool, a game after lunch and evenings with the golf course as a backdrop.



The private pool measures 9.60 x 3.90 metres and has a depth of 1.43 metres. Electric pool heating is available at an additional cost and can reach approximately 24–26 °C. A charcoal barbecue is also available at an additional cost.



Salobre Los Veroles Golf also includes sustainable features such as solar panels and an electric car charger, a valuable detail for guests who want comfort with a more conscious way of travelling.



Your booking includes bed linen, towels, pool towels, final cleaning, mid-stay cleaning with linen change for stays of more than 10 nights and pool cleaning twice a week.



Pets are not allowed.

Not available for groups of young people.

Security deposit: €500.00.

Smoking is not allowed except in the outdoor areas.
