The groundfloor is open-plan - lounge, dining room and kitchen.
Stairs lead to 2 large double bedrooms and one single room

- Double room with twin beds joined together as a kingsize bed, plus a separate 3rd single bed.
- Single room with a single bed with 'Jack & Jill' pullout bed below
Plus 2 bathrooms - both have baths, one has a shower.

*Windows must not be opened when the heating is on*. Pets not allowed on bedding, pet beds provided. No candles to be burned in the house. No glitter!

Please be mindful this is a residential building and we do not allow groups wanting to party or people under 25 years with no previous reviews.

Music should not be played after 10pm. Please be respectful of the communal spaces especially late at night so no shouting or leaving litter.
