Cosy modern house, every room has been recently refurbished with a desk and TV with Netflix in each bedroom. The property is situated on a cul-de-sac within a safe, quiet residential neighbourhood. Lots of transport links - trams and buses, and shops within a 10 minute walk. Free parking on the drive - room for 2 cars. Private enclosed back garden with furniture. For students going to NTU (Nottingham Trent University) in town - its 4 tram stops away. For nurses going to the QMC (Queens Medical Centre Hospital), on a pleasant evening, you can walk there within 30-40 minutes. If you cycle, there is a bike rack outside on the drive.
