Inside, this contemporary retreat enjoys a generous open-plan living and dining space which is furnished with two comfortable sofas, a coffee table and a flat-screen TV with streaming services. The large dining table is positioned next to an expansive floor-to-ceiling window which floods the room with natural light and provides wonderful views of the surrounding area to the sea. This space also incorporates a well-appointed kitchen equipped with; a cooker hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge freezer.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned, with a cool tiled floor throughout.

Location
The property is located in Qawra on the northeastern coast of Malta, a 20-minute walk from the neighbouring towns of St. Paul\'s Bay and Bugibba. The National Aquarium, Ix-Xtajta tal-Qawra Beach and Qawra Point Beach are both a 10-minute walk. The coastal hiking area Bluebel and Bugibba Perched Beach are both a 7-minute walk from the apartment.

For history enthusiasts, the imposing Bugibba Battery is a 15-minute walk away and offers a glimpse into Malta\'s military past and a short drive (approximately 20 minutes) will take you to the ancient Megalithic Temples of Malta, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the historic city of Mdina.

The area is a popular tourist resort with many bars, clubs and restaurants. The town is also home to many water sports including, kayaking, snorkelling and diving and visitors can also enjoy banana boat rides, speed boats and jet ski rides. There are several restaurants within a 5-minute walk from the accommodation and a supermarket a 2-minute walk away.

Malta\'s typical Mediterranean climate is sunny with an average daily sunshine of five to six hours in mid-winter and 12 hours in summer, with over 300 days of sunshine and warm weather.

Summers are hot, dry and very sunny. Its remarkably mild winters and intense blue skies make it an ideal place for long walks in the lush, green countryside.
