It is a perfect base for a family who seek relaxation.

This maisonette of 70sqm can accommodate a maximum of 5 guests and has a private garden area with sunbeds and outdoor furniture to enjoy relaxing evenings.
Ground floor:
Consists of the living room, kitchen, WC, outdoor dining area and garden.
1st level:
Features 2 bedrooms and bathroom with shower.
The modern living room fitted with a comfortable double sofa bed which can accommodate 1 more guest and flat screen (32’’) TV. This level accesses the shaded terrace which features an outdoor sitting area and the garden area with sunbeds.
The fully equipped modern kitchen features an electric oven with stovetop, refrigerator, filter coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, kitchenware and crockery for easy family meal preparations.
There is a 4-seater dining table.

There is a bathroom with shower and WC.
A private washing machine is available for our guests.
The 1st bedroom consists of a queen size bed, large wardrobe and celing fan.
The 2nd bedroom features a single bed which can extend into another double bed and ceiling fan.
Free, unlimited WIFI internet is provided.
There is 1 A/C unit in the hall area and a ceiling fan in each bedroom.
Insect screens are installed on all windows and doors.

The beautiful outdoor private area features outdoor furniture to relax in the morning/evenings.
There is private parking on-site.
Unfortunately pets and parties are not allowed.
