At Casa dei Nonni, you’ll find yourself in a wonderful corner of Abruzzo, surrounded by the highest peaks of the Apennines—such as the Corno Grande of the Gran Sasso d’Italia and Monte Sirente—the fascinating highlands of Campo Imperatore and Delle Rocche, Rocca Calascio Castle, Lake Sinizzo, the Stiffe Caves, the Acquatina Spring, as well as forests and trails suitable for everyone. The Adriatic Sea is just an hour’s drive away. Casa dei Nonni is located a short walk from the town centre, where you’ll find all essential services (cafés, supermarket, bank, post office, tobacco shop, pharmacy, restaurants, and police station), 15 km from L’Aquila and the A24 highway, and about 100 km from Rome and Pescara.
Guests can park motorcycles free of charge (upon prior notice at the time of booking) either in the private, gated courtyard or indoors in the garage.
