For your information there is a understairs cupboard that is locked for house keeping purposes and I would advise against entering the loft spaced as there is no ladder and it is not boarded out.
Other things to note
The property is on a quiet street just off the market place on the flat area of Ferryhill within a minutes walk to shops, pubs and a varied choice of takeaways as well as a taxi rank and bus services to Durham and Darlington. It is a mile to Durham gate which has a good choice of national chain fast food restaurants and a little further to Spennymoor and a greater choice of shops.
There is free unrestricted parking in the street right outside the house.
