26 person holiday home in Roslev-By Traum

This 500 m² large house is located in the old school in Åsted. The house was renovated in 2008 and ideal for more families sharing, camps, seminars, golf courses etc. There are 3 separate buildings. The main house has a large dining room adjacent to the large kitchen that has 2 ceramic cookers, cooker hoods, dish washers, a large fridge and 100 litres freezer. Large living room with comfortable furniture, TV with international channels, DVD player and stereo set with CD player. There is also a small living room with a TV. Second building has 10 bedrooms for a total of 26 people. Same building also has 3 bathrooms with shower cubicles, 2 toilets with wash basins, WC and a separate shower as well as 4-persons whirlpool and a 4-persons sauna. Third building has a large activity room with billiards, table football and table tennis and a separate room with exercise equipment. There is a terrace with garden furniture and lots of room for ball games etc. on the large natural plot. In the garden you will find a swing set and trampoline (usage at own risk/insurance). There are 2 dog runs. Due to the size of the house we recommend you order a final cleaning. Not for rent to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
