Das Haus ist recht gut eingerichtet. Die vorgefundene Sauberkeit ließ aber zu wünschen übrig. Die zentrale Lage direkt am lauten Kinder-Spielplatz war sehr ungünstig für uns ohne Kinder. Der vermieter war leider sehr unflexibel, was den Beginn der Nutzungszeit anging. Obwohl wir vor Ort gesehen haben, dass das Haus bereits gut 3 Stunden früher fertig war, konnten wir über den automatischen Schlüsselkasten erst ganz pünktlich um 1601 Uhr ins Haus.
