The flat is situated on a garden square, no noise or traffic, secure neighbourhood. You can easily walk to Kensington Palace, Peter Pan kids playground and Winter Wonderland.


This property is great for couples, young families or an elderly people as it's situated on the raised ground floor and there is step-free access ( no stairs to climb ).

I live in this apartment myself, but I will be staying elsewhere during the festive period, so I've decided to host some guests. My place feels like a cosy and beautiful home and has everything you might need during your stay. I will not be far away and will be available on the phone or in person if my guests require any assistance.

Kitchen with a breakfast bar, brand new BOSCH hob and BOSCH oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and a washer-dryer.

Sleeping Arrangements:

Peaceful spacious bedroom has a large King bed ( 160 cm x 200 cm mattress). There is a big corner sofa in the living room that can sleep one adult or 2 children.

In addition to that, if there are 4 adults per booking, there is an option to request a single inflatable Air bed W100 cm x L195 cm ( latest model, very comfortable high mattress that I will set up for you as a single adult sleeping bed ).
In total, the flat can accommodate up to 4 people: 2 people King bed + 1 person on the sofa + 1 person on single Air bed.

There is a large 49" HD TV in the living room with Amazon Prime, Freeview channels and Amazon Fire stick apps.
There is a second TV in the bedroom with the same channels.

Free Wi-Fi with great speed

The apartment has an Intercom, secure Banham locks as well as CCTV camera at the communal building entrance.
Guest access
The flat is situated on a raised ground floor, there are no stairs at the entrance so it's perfectly suiatable for erderly people or pram access.
