Guests will have full access to the property which is located on the 3rd floor.
The property is accessed by lockbox.
Guest Homes are available between 8am-10pm 7 days a week for help during your stay. We cannot offer any support after 10pm, if you check in late.
Castlefield is a fabulous area with great views of the city with a network of canals and the ruins of an ancient Roman fort. It offers a variety of bars, restaurants and cafés for visitors and young professionals.
Bus: The closest bus stop is Hulme Street, Manchester M1 5QR Located around 1 minute walk.
Train: the closest train station is Deansgate, Manchester M3 4LG located around a 10 minute walk. Tram: The closest Tram Station is Cornbrook Rd, Manchester M15 4WD Located around a 10 minute walk with trams connecting all over the city.
- Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 10am.
- Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys--please be careful with them.
- No Parties will be tolerated
-The property is professionally maintained and cleaned. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies.

Please note: Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification.
You will also be given the choice between paying a £400 refundable deposit or buying a £35 non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
