The property owner had excellent come and instructions were very clear for check in.Everything was as expected. Comfortable and bright inside with everything you could need for a stay.I can recommend, and will most likely stay again if back in the area.thank you.

4 adults, 2 infants and a baby. Great size accommodation, but the stairs aren’t the most child friendly (bare that in mind and maybe take a stair gate). We did find it extremely warm OR freezing if we turned the heating down, hard to get the right temperature. Bathrooms could do with a little more through cleaning but overall a lovely property, and great location.

The property is clean and in a quiet neighbourhood. The only thing is that I booked for 5 adults and we were provided with only 4 towels. There were no beddings for the 5th person to use the sofa bed.

Great Location, could do with some improvements

Great location for access to Warwick Town centre. Accommodation is ok, but few issues, (lack of bedding for 6 as booked, boiler switched off, instruction manual via an ipad didnt work, shower overly complicated) Also could do with better standard of cleaning

Clean and comfortable, well located and a great host

This is a spacious, comfortable apartment. It was equipped with everything we needed. The host was very responsive and has obviously tried very hard to provide all the information needed for our stay even providing youtube videos on how to unlock the doors and labels on kitchen drawers and cabinets. The location is great. You can walk to the nearby Lidl grocery store. There a plenty of restaurants a short walk away and Warwick castle is a very reasonable walking distance away. I would highly recommend the apartment to anyone.

Family Holiday

The positives....-The unit has pretty much everything a group needs-Fantastic location, great proximity to groceries, pubs, the castle, etc. -Relatively quiet family neighborhood-Very responsive hostsCons,- Furniture needs to be replaced, the couches are worn down and uncomfortable- The fixtures in the bathroom leak, and the shelves are very loose like they're about to fall off,- Amenities such as towels are very old and thin with what looks to be bleach stains on them,- The unit needs to be cleaned badly, very badly, when you walk in the door you're greeted by a banister covered in dirt and what looks like greasy fingerprint stains all up it, the showers/tub were ringed with dirt and that pink mildew-ey type grime.
