Casa L'Ulivo is an elegant nineteenth-century residence in typical Aeolian style.
It is surrounded by a well-kept garden and centuries-old olive trees.
From the terrace and the garden you have a splendid view of the sea, the islands of Lipari Vulcano and the Monte Fossa delle Felci nature reserve.
Suitable for couples and families, the area is very quiet and guarantees a relaxing holiday!
Inside it is composed of:
- large kitchen/living room with two single sofas/beds,
equipped with a 4-burner stove, oven, fridge and freezer;
- a double bedroom;
- bathroom complete with all fixtures and shower.
The rooms are elegantly furnished both inside and outside.
All rooms also allow independent access from the terrace.
A tub is available in the garden for peaceful moments of relaxation!
Rinella beach is located about 1 km from the house.
A small pedestrian street allows you to reach it in a short time. However, you can also rent a vehicle to park next to the house.
The port of Rinella, the second port of the island of Salina, will allow you to disembark a few minutes from home (Siremar ship and Liberty Lines hydrofoil).
Here you can also rent a boat and book excursions to discover the Aeolian Islands.
In the small village of Rinella you will find a minimarket, bars, restaurants, pizzerias and a kiosk on the beach.
About 4 km away, in the village of Leni, you will also find other services: pharmacy, shops, post office, supermarket.
For trekking lovers, a walk in the Monte delle Felci Nature Reserve is recommended, from the top of which it is possible to admire the enchanting panorama of the seven islands of the Aeolian archipelago.
It is a large villa divided into two houses, it can be rented in full or only in part. However, each house will have a private entrance and terrace.
You can therefore choose whether to take both houses together with a couple of friends, or just one of the houses.
If you only take one of the houses, the property will take care of guaranteeing you privacy, because the terrace will be divided by some fairly covering curtains.
The garden will remain for common use of the two houses, but both will have independent entrances, there will be no passage of other guests from the rented part of the house or terrace.
The two houses are divided into: Casa L'Ulivo and Casa La Macina di Rinella.
