The residence, overlooking the beautiful bay of Canneto, on the island of Lipari, is an old manor house recently restored, enjoying one of the most beautiful views of the Aeolian Islands.
The privileged location allows you to walk to the beach below, through an internal staircase (about 60 steps).

The flagship of the residence is represented by private terraces, divided on two levels, overlooking the beach below and Canneto.
The dwelling, as a whole, is a suitable place for those who love breathtaking views, lovely sunsets, the elegance of simplicity, relaxation and closeness to the sea.
The accommodation is rented from Saturday to Saturday. For details, please refer to casevacanzaeoliepuntoit

The residence is given in exclusive use to guests.

The Calandra area is in the island of Lipari one of the most beautiful areas to enjoy a holiday at the Aeolian Islands.

From the Calandra square, they leave regularly (on average every 30 minutes, in summer every 15 minutes) that reach Lipari.

The sea is 30 meters away.
The residence is sea view, it takes about 60 steps.
Therefore we do not recommend in case of physical problems or impossibility to make stairs.

Fantastic spot for our family of 8

We spent 2 weeks enjoying this wonderful location. Multiple easy trips to Polermo via car or train, and many great nights at local restaurants in Santa Nicola or Trabia. The hosts were SO amazing and communicative with me. Everything I requested or had a question about was always answered almost immediately. My husband and I and our 6 children from 7-25 years of age ALL adored the location and if I were to come back I would definitely consider it or share this location with others. The lack of air conditioning took some time to get used to but we had been in Italy for 6 weeks so we worked with it well. The beach is outstanding, even when a little bit of sea grass piles in front of the deck, it just makes the water more private for you! The crazy clear water was fantastic for snorkelling and just taking a quick relaxing dip in the sea with an outdoor shower to rinse off. All amenities were perfect for us and we used the bbq multiple times 😊 thank you all so much for the amazing stay and I hope we did you justice in preserving your wonderful home. Ciao all! We miss you!

Wonderful retreat, so close to the sea

Canneto is a nice and lovely spot, definitely longest waterside promenade, but not stylish and instagrammable, rather down-to-earth and authentic. And the appartement is the best place to oversee the village, some 100 steps from the beach and with a large terrace to let the day go by, watching the sea and the sky. A perfect retreat you might get hooked.

A terrace to get lost on!

The location is as spectacular as the pictures look! Actually two terraces (with lemons from your "own" orchard), increadibly large space and sun or shade as you prefer it over the day. Perfect surrounding with a ristorante/ pizzeria, supermarket, bakery and bus stop + your "own" pebbles beach in 100m distance (add some 80+ stairs). - A hideaway to come back to.

Sehr schönes Feriendomizil, tolle Dachterrasse, alles in der Nähe

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist gut und es ist alles da, was man für einen schöne Urlaub braucht. Die Dachterrasse ist ein Traum. In Canneto gibt es Supermärkte, Bars, Restaurants und man hat die Möglichkeit über verschiedene Agenturen Ausflüge zu den anderen Inseln zu buchen. Die Bushaltestelle ist in der Nähe. Alles perfekt für einen schönen Urlaub. Nicht zu vergessen das klare, herrliche Meer: perfekt zum baden und schnorcheln.

Herrlicher Urlaub in einer tollen Ferienwohung

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, die Dachterasse ein Traum, das Meer gleich um die Ecke, Supermärkte, Bars, Restaurants und Bäckereien - alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Mit dem Bus kommt man bequem nach Lipari Stadt oder andere Orte der Insel. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.
